Discover Your Mindset
Hey there and welcome!
If you are new here - my name is Kendall and I help people transform their mindset so they can shift to their dream reality. I work with those who may feel stuck on their journey toward wealth, health and relationships. I help them release what no longer serves them so they can move forward on their quest to conquering their dreams!
This is for you if:
1) you feel like you work really hard but don’t ever see the results you know you deserve,
2) if you’re struggling to align with people and places meant for you or
3)if you struggle to look and feel as good as you know you should.
I have something special for you today to help.
My goal is that you come away from this letter with a new insight that will help you in your day-to-day life. Below I have a quiz for you to take. It is simple and meant to serve as a beginning point that makes you more aware of your current mindset.
It’s literally just the beginning.
I want you to realize that your mindset is in charge of about 90% of your reality. Which means you don’t control the circumstances or the people -you control you and your attitudes toward the circumstance and/or other people and this is what shifts the outcomes.
Take the quiz below. Be honest with yourself - no one will see your answers unless you directly share them. Pay attention to your gut instinct when you are answering. It is ok if this quiz reveals something you dont like about yourself.
Next, Make sure you are subscribed to my newsletter because shortly after this I will be launching a 7-day mindset shift challenge where I dive deeper into the science of how your mindset directly influences your reality. It will also include daily exercises that help transform your subconscious to be healthier, wealthier and aligned with a soul tribe that you love and cherish.
